70s acetate/cotton blend blue and yellow boat neck long sleeve top

70s acetate/cotton blend blue and yellow boat neck long sleeve top with bell sleeves and ruffle at elbow. Top is in good condition but has some holes all through out and stitches coming loose at elbow. Tag size 16, best fit for small. Model is 5’9 and wears size small.
